4 Design Tips: Real Estate Flyer

[caption id="attachment_115" align="aligncenter" width="300" caption="Real Estate Flyer "][/caption]

As you may know, when a homeowner decides to sale their property, the homeowner’s real estate agency will add the property as a new home listing.  One of the simplest advertising for a new home listing is to create a real estate flyer.  However, the real estate flyer should stand out amongst the competition.  Have you ever heard of first impression?  An attractive real estate flyer should not only be informative but grasp the potential buyer’s attention to make a phone call to your real estate agent.

4 Real Estate Flyer Design Tips

1. Real Estate Flyer Layout

There are many real estate flyer templates out there.  However, try to be creative.  Every home has a different personality and character.  Your real estate flyer should have a good simple design that represents the attributes of the property.  Develop a theme that reflects the property by creating a balance between photographs of the property, information and space.  Always use a font that is easy to read and try to minimize the use of different fonts to two.

2. Photographs for Real Estate Flyer

Always use professional quality photographs capturing the features of the property.  When deciding the layout of the photographs, think of how you would give a tour to a potential buyer.  You want to engage potential buyers.

3. Property Information

The real estate flyer should have a descriptive property headline that reflects the property, as well as the surrounding environment.   Highlight the property’s selling attributes using a persuasive but subtle tone.  Think about your target market.  The flyer may include information about the local area, such as freeway access, schools, etc.

4. Final Overview

After you believe the flyer is complete.  Have someone or multiple people proof read the flyer several times for errors.  Once the flyer has been proof read.  Congratulations!  You are ready to print.  Real estate flyers should be printed in full color, using high-quality paper.
